A Church Planting Laboratory is a District sponsored on-the-job training program in Church Planting, using the S.O.S. (Summer Of Service) mobilization campaign. It's a 4-week training: a week of customized seminar-type training, and a 3-week field work as the OJT purposed to plant churches in the district targets.This video showcases the features of the week-long training. Clips are taken from the STDC CPL 2009 held in Bacoor, Cavite. The venue was the International School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, generously offered to be used by its owners, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Gramaje.

A Local Church Planting Team Does It!
Participating church planting teams from local churches apply what they learned in the summer church planting laboratory by planting another church in their local target place. This is the movie of the work of the CPT members from the GenSan City Church that joined the SOS teams that went to Bagumbayan, Malita and Sta. Maria. After participating in church planting in those three SMDC district targets,they joined forcess and planted another church in Rodriguez. It can be done!

Summer of 2008, SMDC hosted a Church Planting Laboratory. Attended by a hundred vounteers from different churches, three SOS teams were formed and sent to three target places, one of which is Bagumbayan,Sultan Kudarat This is the movie of their church planting work. After a week of training and three weeks of fieldwork, a new church was born.
